WEEK 1: GROUNDING + BODY CLARITY
We establish safety in your nervous system and reconnect you to your body’s signals. You begin learning how your body communicates yes, no, expansion, contraction, and truth. We also begin identifying where intuition is already speaking but may be overridden by fear or overthinking.
WEEK 2: SOMATIC HEALING + INNER CHILD INTEGRATION
We work with emotional imprints stored in the body and nervous system patterns that formed in earlier life experiences.
